From a Teams recording or your bullet notes, AI produces a clean draft of the minutes in minutes \u2013 the industry&#8217;s single biggest time sink. <\/li><li>Owner and tenant communication: 55 percent of AI-using firms already deploy AI in customer communication. Draft replies to standard inquiries, plain-language explanations of statements, multilingual letters \u2013 all directly in Outlook with Copilot. <\/li><li>Email triage: summarize, prioritize, and pre-draft replies to incoming messages before your ERP even comes into play.<\/li><li><br\/>Routine legal questions: AI assistants provide quick first assessments of standard property-law topics as a working basis \u2013 professional review remains with you.<\/li><\/ul><p>85 percent of firms already using AI report positive experiences. Getting started requires no IT project: this is about working techniques, not new systems. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI Act: small firms are covered too<\/h2><p>The EU AI Act does not distinguish between a corporation and a ten-person management firm. Anyone deploying AI \u2013 even ChatGPT in a browser \u2013 has been required since February 2025 under Article 4 to ensure sufficient AI literacy among staff.
