An international family office intends to establish a residential property fund in Germany valued in the hundreds of millions. BEST 4 PROJECT will analyse the market using the family office's existing contacts and develop a strategy with specific purchase options and will assume technical, legal, and tax responsibilities for the acquisitions. Project companies will be established, with BEST 4 PROJECT providing interim management and organising the IT infrastructure. All property management tasks, including asset management and facility management, will be organised and outsourced to external companies. BEST 4 PROJECT will serve as managing director until the appointment of a new managing director.
An international IT company is renting 7,000 square metres of office space in Berlin. BEST 4 PROJECT will act as the developer and serve as the single point of contact for the tenant's fit-out, which is the landlord's responsibility. Issues related to the tenancy agreement will be resolved, and any necessary addenda to the agreement will be prepared.
